Техническое оснащение сельскохозяйственных предприятий является одной из ключевых проблем по обеспечению конкурентоспособности и их устойчивого социально-экономического развития. В исследовании ставилась цель по изучению комплексного взаимодействия реализуемой государственной политики на возможности конкурентоспособного производства сельскохозяйственной техники и приобретения этой техники российскими сельскохозяйственными предприятиями. Необходимо принять в рамках крупных федеральных программ отдельные региональные программы по производству востребованной регионами малой и специализированной сельскохозяйственной техники. The technical equipment of agricultural enterprises is one of the key problems in ensuring competitiveness and their sustainable socio-economic development. The goal of the study was to study the complex interaction of the implemented state policy on the possibility of competitive production of agricultural equipment and the acquisition of this equipment by Russian agricultural enterprises. It is necessary to adopt, within the framework of large federal programs, separate regional programs for the production of small and specialized agricultural machinery demanded by the regions. |
