| Description: | Автор, размышляя о методе правового регулирования, констатирует, что право, являясь «живым» механизмом, отражает особенности конкретного исторического периода развития экономики. Определение предмета и метода построения системы права актуально не только в теоретическом аспекте, но и с позиции научного осмысления происходящих законодательных изменений. В этой связи автор анализирует положения Федерального закона от 22.12.2020 № 437-ФЗ «О федеральной территории “Сириус”», отразившие тенденции сближения механизмов публично-правового и частноправового регулирования публично-правового статуса федеральной территории «Сириус». Отмечается, что универсализация используемых приемов воздействия на общественные отношения происходит не только в праве, но и в науке. The author, reflecting on the method of legal regulation, states that law, being a "living" mechanism, reflects the features of a particular historical period in the development of the economy. The definition of the subject and method of building a system of law is relevant not only in a theoretical aspect, but also from the standpoint of scientific understanding of ongoing legislative changes. In this regard, the author analyzes the provisions of the Federal Law of December 22, 2020 No. 437-FZ “On the federal territory “Sirius””, which reflected the tendencies of convergence of the mechanisms of public law and private law regulation of the public law status of the federal territory “Sirius”. It is noted that the universalization of the methods used to influence social relations occurs not only in law, but also in science. |
