| Description: | Исследование показало, что существующие методики расчета эффективности инвестиций не имеют связи с процессным подходом. На примере горнодобывающей отрасли доказывается, что значима своевременность определения направлений инвестиционных потоков. Акцентируется внимание на том, что расчет эффективности инвестиций необходимо осуществлять с учетом факторов прибыли и величины сервисных потоков. Показывается, что предлагаемая методика расчета эффективности полезна для построения рационального комплекса оперативных стратегий инвестиционного менеджмента на предприятиях горнодобывающей отрасли. The study showed that existing methodologies for calculating investment efficiency do not have a connection with the process approach. On the example of the mining industry, it is proved that the timeliness of determining the directions of investment flows is significant. The focus is on the fact that the calculation of investment efficiency must be carried out taking into account profit factors and the magnitude of service flows. It is shown that the proposed methodology for calculating efficiency is useful for constructing a rational set of operational strategies for investment management at mining enterprises. |
