Περιγραφή: The article considers the problem of corrosion in the production of beet sugar in terms of increasing the service life and environmental safety of technological equipment. The probability of contamination of the food environment by corrosion products is marked. In addition, the corrosive destruction of metal brings significant losses to both individual enterprises and the industry as a whole. The main factors of aggressiveness of the environment in which the parts of the equipment are operated are indicated, the types of corrosion characteristic of sugar production are listed. As the main type of protection, protective paint coatings are considered, which isolate the metal surface from a corrosive environment. Special attention is paid to the quality of surface preparation for painting, new equipment included. The work of Krasnodar specialists on a unified standard for the implementation of anticorrosive protective coatings in the sugar industry was marked.
В статье рассмотрена проблема коррозии при производстве свекловичного сахара с точки зрения повышения срока службы и экологической безопасности технологического оборудования. Отмечена возможность загрязнения пищевой среды продуктами коррозии. Кроме того, коррозионное разрушение металла приносит ощутимые убытки как отдельным предприятиям, так и отрасли в целом. Названы основные факторы агрессивности среды, в которой эксплуатируются детали оборудования, перечислены характерные для сахарного производства типы коррозии. В качестве основной защиты рассматриваются защитные лакокрасочные покрытия, которые изолируют поверхность металла от коррозионно-агрессивной среды. Особое внимание уделено качеству подготовки поверхности к окрашиванию, в том числе для нового оборудования. Отмечена работа краснодарских специалистов над единым стандартом выполнения антикоррозионных защитных покрытий в сахарной промышленности.
