| Περιγραφή: | В статье поднимаются вопросы обновления образования, его результативности, в том числе в области подготовки педагогов в университетах. Отмечается необходимость пересмотра организации образовательного процесса в современных условиях с позиции интенсификации и оптимизации. Рассмотрена роль использования педагогической технологии с позиции интенсификации и оптимизации деятельности педагога, организации образовательного процесса. Уделено внимание процессу технологизации в организации образования в университете, использованию цифровых технологий, а также алгоритмизации образовательного процесса с помощью технологической карты. Определены характеристики педагогической технологии, ее функциональный потенциал в развитии личности будущего педагога. Обозначены основные знания, умения и функции, которым следует научить сегодняшних студентов в педагогическом университете для их успешной деятельности в образовании школьников. The article deals with the issues of updating education, its effectiveness, including in the field of teacher training in universities. There is a need to review the organization of the educational process in modern conditions from the point of view of intensification and optimization. The role of the use of pedagogical technology from the point of view of intensification and optimization of the teacher’s activity, organization of the educational process is considered. Attention is paid to the process of technologization in the organization of education at the University, the use of digital technologies, as well as the algorithmization of the educational process using the technological map. The characteristics of pedagogical technology and its functional potential in the development of the future teacher’s personality are determined. The main knowledge, skills and functions that should be taught to today’s students at the pedagogical University. |
