| Description: | Today, Smart City is focused on balanced development and relies on digital technologies, it is an integrated development project that is associated with neoclassical theories of urban growth in the field of economics, environment, mobility, quality of life, people and management. At the same time, in many cities of the world there is a lag in the pace of development and the inefficiency of the operation of the relevant infrastructure. In order to form a new type of transport and logistics system as an infrastructure project, it is now necessary to determine the development of a digital platform operating on the principle of Smart contracts, which will provide permanent coordination of streaming processes in the city. Сегодня «умный» город ориентирован на сбалансированное развитие и опирается на цифровые технологии, он представляет собой интегрированный проект развития, которое связано с неоклассическими теориями роста городов в области экономики, окружающей среды, мобильности, качестве жизни, людях и управлении. При этом во многих городах мира отмечается отставание темпов развития и неэффективность эксплуатации соответствующей инфраструктуры. С целью формирования транспортно-логистической системы нового типа как инфраструктурного проекта сегодня необходимо определиться с развитием цифровой платформы, функционирующей по принципу Smart-контрактов, которая обеспечит перманентную координацию потоковых процессов в городе.
