| Description: | The article is devoted to aspects of training student choreographers, taking into account their modern requirements in the labor market. The issues of development of methods and indicators for training university specialists based on the pedagogical model have been studied. The genesis and current state of the problem of professional competence of teachers in the sociocultural sphere are presented and analyzed. The latest changes in the social structure of society, as well as the development of new technologies and the needs for the competencies of specialists who are able to quickly adapt to rapidly changing conditions and requirements are considered. Aspects of the regulatory framework are touched upon in detail it is noted that the main requirements are set out by the Ministry of Science and Education of Russia for the formation of competencies, while the competency model is not clearly formulated, which requires further elaboration at the level of terminological analysis in this area. As a result, a generalization of the presented methods and indicators of the competency model was carried out, positive and negative aspects were identified Статья посвящена аспектам подготовки студентов-хореографов с учетом их современных требований на рынке труда. Изучены вопросы развития методик и показателей подготовки специалистов вузе на основе педагогической модели. Представлены и проанализированы генезис и современное состояние проблемы профессиональной компетентности педагогов социокультурной сферы. Рассмотрены последние изменения в социальной структуре общества, а также развитием новых технологий и потребностями в компетенциях специалистов, которые способны оперативно адаптироваться к быстроменяющимся условиям и требованиям. Подробно затронуты аспекты нормативной базы – отмечено, что основные требования изложены Министерством в сфере науки и образования России по формированию компетенций, тогда как компетентностной модели четко не сформулировано, что требует дальнейшей проработки на уровне терминологического анализа в этой области. В результате проведено обобщение представленных методик и показателей компетентностной модели, выявлены положительные и отрицательные аспекты. |
