| Description: | The article analyzes the issues related to the restructuring of the party-state and national economic infrastructure of the Chechen-Ingush ASSR due to the outbreak of the war on the basis of archival documents. In accordance with the traditional practice of the Soviet party-state construction in emergency situations, the action program, accompanied by appropriate directives, which necessarily indicated the responsible organizers, specific performers and control deadlines for execution, was adopted by the regional governing party body. In the Chechen-Ingush ASSR, as in all other Soviet autonomous republics, such was the bureau of the regional committee of the CPSU (b) - the bureau of the CHI OK of the CPSU(b). Rallies were held in the cities and villages of the republic, the participants of which angrily condemned the fascist aggression, demonstrated their readiness to help the heroic Red Army, which entered into a deadly battle with the insidious enemy. В статье на основе архивных документов анализируются вопросы, связанные с перестройкой партийно-государственной и народно-хозяйственной инфраструктуры Чечено-Ингушской АССР, обусловленной началом войны. В соответствии с традиционной практикой советского партийно-государственного строительствав ситуациях чрезвычайного характера программа действий, сопровождаемая соответствующими директивами, в которых непременно указывались ответственные организаторы, конкретные исполнители и контрольные сроки исполнения, принималасьрегиональным руководящим партийным органом. В Чечено-Ингушской АССР, как и во всех других советских автономных республиках, таковым являлось бюро областного комитета ВКП(б) – бюро ЧИ ОК ВКП(б). В городах и сёлах республики состоялись митинги, участники которых гневно осуждали фашистскую агрессию, демонстрировали свою готовность оказать помощь героической Красной Армии, вступившей в смертельную схватку с коварным врагом. |
