Description: The relevance of the work is determined by the fundamental importance of the problem of human mental health, which is a multidimensional complex task of subjective cognition. On the other hand, the lack of studying the phobic plot of mental and behavioral disorders and diseases through the prism of sexual differences makes it possible to actualize research interest in this problem. The purpose of the work — is to identify, analyze and systematize the existing research results of phobias to mental illnesses, as well as determinants (identification factors) affecting the process of their formation. The object of the study — is men/boys/boys, women/girls/girls of the population of those countries in which the measurements were carried out. The subject of the study — is the peculiarities of the relationship between gender and the process of formation and manifestation of the phobic plot of mental and behavioral disorders and diseases. Based on a meta-analysis of data from more than 70 scientific publications, a sample of 4,840 respondents was obtained. The methodology of the work was based on a secondary analysis of the results of conducted and published studies on existing objects (diseases) of phobias. At the same time, the choice of phobias was determined by only one sign of their belonging to a group of phobias that determine the spectrum of mental and behavioral disorders and diseases. Results. The fact of a greater prevalence and predominance in the frequency of development and comorbidity of phobias of mental illness in the group of women is stated. However, it is not possible to unambiguously determine what causes this sexual difference at the moment, which actualizes further study of the formation of a phobic plot of mental and behavioral disorders and diseases.
Актуальность работы определяется фундаментальным значением проблематики психического здоровья человека, представляющей собой многоаспектную комплексную задачу субъектного познания. Недостаток изучения фобической фабулы психических и поведенческих расстройств и заболеваний через призму половых различий позволяет актуализировать исследовательский интерес к данной проблеме. Цель работы— выявление, анализ и систематизация существующих результатов исследований фобий к психическим заболеваниям, а также детерминант (идентификационных факторов), влияющих на процесс их формирования. Объект исследования — мужчины/юноши/мальчики, женщины/девушки/девочки населения тех стран, в которых проводились замеры. Предметом исследования являются особенности взаимосвязи пола и процесса формирования и проявления фобической фабулы психических и поведенческих расстройств и заболеваний. На основе метаанализа данных более 70 научных публикаций получена выборка из 4840 респондентов. Методология работы базировалась на вторичном анализе результатов проведенных и опубликованных исследований по имеющимся объектам (заболеваниям) фобий. При этом выбор фобий определялся лишь одним признаком их принадлежности к группе фобий, детерминирующих спектр психических и поведенческих расстройств и заболеваний. Результаты. Констатируется факт большей распространенности и преобладании по частоте развития и коморбидности фобий психических заболеваний в группе женщин. Однако однозначно установить, чем обусловлено это половое различие на данный момент не представляется возможным, что актуализирует дальнейшее изучение формирования фобической фабулы психических и поведенческих расстройств и заболеваний.
