Description: В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты теории справедливости как честности Дж. Роулса, которая выдержи­вает испытание временем и актуализируется в условиях кри­зисных, болезненных процессов современного общества. Задача статьи заключается в выявлении наряду с общими закономер­ностями особенности роулсовского подхода к процессу регули­рования социальной справедливости. The article examines some aspects of J. Rawls' theory of justice as honesty, which withstands the test of time and is actualized in the conditions of crisis, painful processes of modern society. The objective of the article is to identify, along with the general laws, the features of the Rawls approach to the process of regulating social justice.
