Περιγραφή: Здоровье нации определяется главным образом здоровьем лиц фертильного возраста, детей и подростков, и их можно назвать поколением надежды вырастить здоровый народ. Показатель общей заболеваемости за последние 10 лет вырос более чем на 20, но наибольшую тревогу вызывает тот факт, что прирост болезней эндокринной системы увеличился на 57. Изучены результаты профилактических осмотров девочек и проанализированы их жалобы при обращении к гинекологу. Выявлены основные отклонения состояния репродуктивного здоровья девочек до 18 лет в Чувашской Республике. По данным статистических отчетов за 2018 год, показатель гинекологической заболеваемости на 100 тыс. девочекподростков составляет 20127, что на 34 ниже показателя 2014 года количество зарегистрированных впервые в жизни гинекологических заболеваний 14569 и количество диспансерных больных 2770. Актуальной задачей на государственном уровне должно явиться обеспечение внедрения в практику здравоохранения психологически комфортных, высокоэффективных и оптимальных форм медицинского обслуживания девочек и девушек. Очевидно, что сегодня требуются активная пропаганда элементов здорового образа жизни и внедрение мероприятий по его оптимизации, так как состояние здоровья и высокое качество жизни будущих матерей источники демографических перспектив.
Health of the nation is defined mainly by the health of childbearing age people, children and adolescents, and they can be called the generation of hope to bring up healthy people. Overall morbidity rate over the past 10 years has risen by more than 20, but the greatest concern is the fact that the increase of endocrine system diseases grew by 57. The results of girls preventive examinations were studied and their complaints when referring to a gynecologist were analyzed. Major distresses in reproductive health status of girls younger than 18 years in the Chuvash Republic were identified. According to statistical reports for 2018, gynaecological morbidity rate per 100 thousand of adolescent girls makes 20127, which is 34 lower than in 2014 the number of gynecological neopathies registered for the first time in life is 14569 and the number of dispensary cases is 2770. Ensuring psychologically comfortable, highly effective and optimal forms of girls and young womens medical care should be a challenge of the state level. It is obvious that today requires active promotion of healthy lifestyle elements and implementation of measures for its optimization, since the health condition and the quality of life of future mothers are the sources of demographic prospects.
