| Description: | Modern conditions of economic development, the development of mankind and new technologies are so dynamic that many high-demand professions currently lose their relevance. In the context of modern transformations and digital transformations in the labour market, there is an increasing need to reorient the career paths of many categories of employees and professions. In these conditions, there is a need to develop career counselling and career guidance services. The article examines the content of career counselling, its types and stages. The authors propose the original approach to the technology of career counselling and designate the promising directions for the development of career counselling in the Russian Federation. Современные условия развития экономики, развитие человечества и новых технологий настолько динамичны, что множество востребованных профессий утрачивают свою актуальность. В условиях современных преобразований и цифровых трансформаций на рынке труда возрастает необходимость переориентации карьерных траекторий многих категорий сотрудников и профессий. В этих условиях появляется необходимость в развитии услуг карьерного консультирования и профориентации. В статье изучены содержание карьерного консультирования, его виды и стадии. Предложен авторский подход к технологии карьерного консультирования, а также перспективные направления развития карьерного консультирования в РФ.
