В статье рассмотрены пути повышения качества таможенных услуг при таможенном контроле МПО. В целях предотвращения ввоза через МПО запрещенных или ограниченных к перемещению товаров, а также повышения качества предоставляемых таможенных услуг при таможенном контроле МПО, предлагается внедрение алгоритмов семантического анализа заявленных сведений о товаре и технологии «цифрового двойника», позволяющая на основе распознавания образов объектов на рентгеноскопических изображениях осуществлять селекцию и идентификацию признаков нарушения таможенного законодательства. Assessing the high volume of growth of international postal item, it should be noted that the share of imports to the Russian Federation of goods subject to prohibitions and restrictions has increased. In order to prevent entry through the international postal item prohibited goods, and improve the quality of customs services in customs control international postal item, the introduction of algorithms of semantic analysis of the declared information about the product and technology, «digital double», which allows on the basis of pattern recognition of objects on fluoroscopic images to carry out the selection and identification of signs of violation of customs legislation. |
