Партнерство государства и предпринимателей в АПК на сегодняшний день является одним из приоритетных направлений реализации региональной программы развития экономики. В статье рассматриваются модели взаимодействия ключевых компонентов частно-государственного партнерства в АПК в российской региональной экономике. Цель исследования состоит в изучении существующих региональных механизмов государственно-частного партнерства и выявлении проблем, которые требуют государственного внимания и решения. Уделено внимание направлениям проектов, реализуемых в рамках государственно-частного партнерства. Проанализированы модели взаимодействия ключевых компонентов развития государственно-частного партнерства как инструмента привлечения инвестиций в аграрный сектор на средней и долгосрочной основе. The partnership of the state and entrepreneurs in the agro-industrial complex is currently one of the priority directions of the implementation of the regional economic development program. The article discusses the models of interaction of the key components of public-private partnership in the agro-industrial complex in the Russian regional economy. The purpose of the study is to study the existing regional mechanisms of publicprivate partnership and identify problems that require state attention and solutions. Attention is paid to the directions of projects implemented within the framework of public-private partnership. The models of interaction of the key components of the development of public-private partnership as a tool for attracting investments in the agricultural sector on a medium and long-term basis are analyzed. |
