| Description: | The article presents the definition of food security, describes its types and factors that affect food security. An analysis is being made of the food security of Russia in the face of sanctions pressure. The main goals and objectives of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and the results of its implementation are considered. The description of the characteristics of import substitution is given, the implementation of the concept of import substitution in Russia is evaluated. Analyzed in the form of graphs, livestock products, agricultural products from 2010 to 2021. The data on the provision of Russia with the main types of food products at the beginning of 2023 are presented. The results of the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture at the beginning of 2023 were compared with the full-scale introduction of international sanctions against Russia. The ratio of Russia’s self-sufficiency in products for 2023 to 2015 has been studied. An assessment of poverty in Russia and the food security of the country as a whole is being carried out. Recommendations are given to improve food security in the country. В статье представлено определение продовольственной безопасности, описываются её виды и факторы, оказывающие влияние на продовольственную безопасность. Проводится анализ продовольственной безопасности России в условиях санкционного давления. Рассматриваются основные цели и задачи Государственной программы развития сельского хозяйства и результаты её реализации. Дается описание характеристики импортозамещения, оценивается реализация концепции импортозамещения в России. Проанализированы в виде графиков, животноводческая продукция, продукция сельского хозяйства с 2010 года по 2021 год. Представлены данные обеспеченности России основными видами продовольственной продукции на начало 2023 года. Проведено сравнение результатов реализации Государственной программы развития сельского хозяйства на начало 2023 года с полномасштабным введением международных санкций против России. Исследованы соотношения самообеспеченности России продуктами 2023 год к 2015 г. Проводится оценка бедности в России и в целом продовольственной безопасности страны. Даны рекомендации по повышению продовольственной безопасности в стране. |
