| Περιγραφή: | The relevance of the research topic is determined by the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036, strategic indicators and objectives of the national goal "Realizing the potential of each person, developing his talents, educating a patriotic and socially responsible personality." The purpose of the article is to consider trends in the activities of organizations in the field of culture. The object of research is the organization of culture, the methods of research are the statistical method, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction. The following results were obtained. Within the framework of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the fundamentals of state cultural policy, federal laws in the field of cultural organizations and the state program "Development of culture", official statistical data, trends and dynamics of development of organizations in the field of culture are shown. The main conclusion is that organizations in the field of culture carry out significant cultural activities for the creation, preservation, dissemination, development of cultural values, and provision of cultural services to the population. However, many problems remain unresolved. Their solution will ensure the development of the cultural sphere in accordance with the priorities and goals of the state cultural policy, and will have a significant impact on the achievement of national development goals. Актуальность темы исследования определяется национальными целями развития Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года и на перспективу до 2036 года, стратегическими показателями и задачами национальной цели «Реализация потенциала каждого человека, развитие его талантов, воспитание патриотичной и социально ответственной личности». Цель статьи состоит в рассмотрении тенденций в деятельности организаций в сфере культуры. Объектом исследования являются организации культуры, методами исследования статистический метод, анализ и синтез, дедукция и индукция. Получены следующие результаты. В рамках указа Президента РФ об основах государственной культурной политики, федеральных законов в сфере организаций культуры и государственной программы «Развитие культуры», официальных статистических данных показаны тенденции и динамика развития организаций в сфере культуры. Основной вывод состоит в том, что организации в сфере культуры осуществляют значительную культурную деятельность по созданию, сохранению, распространению, освоению культурных ценностей, предоставлению культурных услуг населению. Вместе с тем, многие проблемы остаются нерешенными. Их решение обеспечит развитие сферы культуры в соответствии с приоритетами и целями государственной культурной политики, окажет существенное влияние на достижение национальных целей развития. |
