Description: The problems of sustainable development in international practice were officially declared in the second half of the 20th century. This concept combines the limitations of the environment and the functioning of society that hinder the stable development of the economy. Striving for sustainable development for many countries is one of the main goals of socio-economic development. The instruments and technologies of the "new economy" (digital economy, knowledge economy), which opens new opportunities for development, are directly involved in achieving this aim today. The article examines the goals of sustainable development of Russian and global regions, as well as the problems faced by regions in the implementation of digital development strategy objectives.
Проблемы устойчивого развития в международной практике официально были задекларированы во второй половине 20 века. Данная концепция объединяет ограничения окружающей среды и функционирования общества, препятствующие стабильному развитию экономики. Стремление к устойчивому развитию для многих стран является одной из главных целей социально-экономического развития. В достижении этой цели сегодня принимают непосредственное участие инструменты и технологии «новой экономики» (цифровой экономики, экономики знаний), открывающей новые возможности для развития. В статье рассмотрены цели устойчивого развития регионов России и мира, а также проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются регионы при реализации задач стратегии цифрового развития.
