Публикация отражает современные технологии улучшения качества профессионального образования молодежи в высших учебных заведениях в соответствии со спросом работодателей на примере транспортного университета. В качестве основного метода исследования выбран компаративный анализ, направленный на сравнение социально-экономических процессов в историческом контексте. На основе сравнения моделей компетенций ОАО «РЖД», отражающих требования к специалистам, показаны методы и инструменты их формирования. The publication reflects modern technologies for improving the quality of professional education of young people in higher education institutions in accordance with the demand of employers on the example of a transport university. Comparative analysis aimed at comparing socio-economic processes in the historical context was chosen as the main research method. Based on the comparison of competence models of JSC «Russian Railways», reflecting the requirements for specialists, the methods and tools for their formation are shown. |
