| Description: | The article raises the problem of violations of the legitimate interests of victims, accused and other non-professional participants in criminal proceedings. Some features of investigative practice in the designated direction are described. Possible directions for optimizing the activities of law enforcement officers in terms of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of non-professional participants in criminal proceedings are proposed. В статье поднимается проблема нарушений законных интересов потерпевших, обвиняемых и иных непрофессиональных участников уголовного судопроизводства. Излагаются некоторые особенности следственной практики в обозначенном направлении. Предлагаются возможные направления оптимизации деятельности сотрудников правоохранительных органов в части обеспечения прав и законных интересов непрофессиональных участников уголовного судопроизводства. |
