| Description: | In the context of global transformations, supranational integration associations that form alternative approaches to the collective West are strengthening their role, attracting the attention of non-member states. New centers of the multipolar world are strengthening. At the same time, integration affects various spheres: politics, economics, energy, culture, countering terrorism and extremism. One example of such associations is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Its interaction with sub-regional associations of Eurasia, Africa, and Latin America is intensifying. Common contours are formed and unifying vectors are determined. In 2022, the SCO accepted Iran into its ranks, currently a number of countries of the world, including Belarus and Saudi Arabia, have declared their desire for full membership. The article presents an analysis of current processes and prospects for the development of the SCO. The author assesses the current dynamics and present alternative positions. В условиях глобальных трансформаций наднациональные интеграционные объединения, формирующие альтернативные коллективному Западу подходы, укрепляют свою роль, привлекают внимание государств, не входящих в их состав. Усиливаются новые центры многополярного мира. Интеграция при этом затрагивает различные сферы деятельности: политику, экономику, энергетику, культуру, противодействие терроризму и экстремизму. Одним из примеров подобных объединений выступает Шанхайская организация сотрудничества (ШОС). Усиливается ее взаимодействие с субрегиональными объединениями Евразии, Африки, Латинской Америки. Формируются общие контуры и определяются объединительные векторы. В 2022 г. ШОС приняла в свои ряды Иран, в настоящее время ряд государств мира, в том числе Белоруссия и Саудовская Аравия, заявили о желании полноценного членства. В рамках статьи представлен анализ текущих процессов, перспектив развития ШОС. Автором дана оценка текущей динамики, представлены альтернативные позиции. |
