| Description: | В статье отмечается, что в мире финансов создано большое количество стратегий инвестирования. Ежегодно количество разрабатываемых концепций увеличивается. В тоже время, несмотря на существенное усложнение фондового рынка базисные концепции не изменяются длительное время. Одной из базисных стратегий считается подготовительный базовый анализ финансовых вложений. Это направление периодически дополняется и редактируется, но по своему назначению остается постоянным. Базовый анализ -это способ оценки справедливой цены актива на базе его первоначальных свойств. Среди них самыми важными можно считать величину чистой прибыли, качество управления, балансовую цену, темпы роста организации, роль фирмы в отрасли и другие. The article notes that a large number of investment strategies have been created in the world of finance. Every year the number of developed concepts increases. At the same time, despite the significant complication of the stock market, the basic concepts do not change for a long time. One of the basic strategies is apreparatory basic analysis of financial investments. This direction is periodically supplemented and edited, butaccording to its purpose remains constant. Baseline analysis is a way of estimating the fair price of an asset based on its original properties. Among them, the most important are the value of net profit, the quality of management, the book price, the growth rate of the organization, the role of the company in the industry, and others. |
