| Description: | В статье раскрыты роль и значение акционерных обществ в современной финансовой системе, отражены особенности формирования и использования акционерного капитала. Проведен анализ динамики количества акционерных обществ Российской Федерации, выявлена необходимость разработки направлений совершенствования политики их финансового обеспечения. Изложены преимущества коммуникативного подхода к формированию политики финансового обеспечения корпораций в условиях цифровизации, возможности института финансового посредничества для сокращения рисков их финансовой и инвестиционной деятельности. Рассмотрена система финансового контроля как элемент политики финансового обеспечения деятельности акционерных обществ, ее функции и задачи. Сформулированы выводы о влиянии различных факторов на формирование политики финансового обеспечения деятельности акционерных обществ. The article reveals the role and importance of joint-stock companies in the modern financial system, reflects the features of the formation and use of equity capital. The analysis of the dynamics of the number of joint-stock companies of the Russian Federation was carried out, the need to develop directions for improving the policy of their financial support was identified. The advantages of a communicative approach to the formation of a financial policy for corporations in the context of digitalization, the possibilities of the institution of financial intermediation to reduce the risks of their financial and investment activities are outlined. The system of financial control is considered as an element of the policy of financial support for the activities of joint-stock companies, its functions and tasks. Conclusions are formulated about the influence of various factors on the formation of a policy of financial support for the activities of joint-stock companies. |
