| Description: | «Политическая системность» понимается автором как внутреннее свойство высших структур управления социумом, задающее замкнутый цикл самовоспроизводства и, в отсутствие противовесов, вырабатывающее ресурс «антиэволюционности» – искусственного препятствования развитию социетальной сферы. «Cетевая социальность» переопределяет параметры самоорганизации социальной системы в целом и способствует восстановлению эволюционности социетального развития. «Political constancy» is understood by the author as an internal property of the higher structures of state management, which sets a closed cycle of self-reproduction and, in the absence of counterweights, develops an «antievolutionary» resource - an artificial obstacle to the development of the societal sphere. «Network sociality» redefines the parameters of self-organization of the social system as a whole and contributes to the restoration of evolution of societal development. |
