В статье рассмотрены результаты проведенных исследований о подходах к формированию резервов подсистемами РСЧС с целью реализации поставленных задач по защите населения и территорий от чрезвычайных ситуаций в различных режимах функционирования. Определен круг основных задач управления ресурсами и предложена структура информационной системы управления формирования резервов с целью материально-технического обеспечения аварийно-спасательных подразделений. The article discusses the results of research on approaches to the formation of reserves by subsystems of the emergency response system in order to implement the tasks set to protect the population and territories from emergencies in various modes of operation. The range of the main tasks of resource management is defined and the structure of the information management system for the formation of reserves for the purpose of material and technical support of emergency rescue units is proposed. |
