Статья посвящена уточнению сущности понятия «высокопроизводительное рабочее место» и развитию подходов к анализу активности российских регионов по созданию и модернизации высокопроизводительных рабочих мест. Проведен сравнительный анализ отклонений выработки по добавленной стоимости в расчете на одного занятого от средней по регионам ЦФО РФ. Предложены меры по совершенствованию организации процесса создания и модернизации высокопроизводительных рабочих мест в российских регионах. The article is devoted to clarifying the essence of the concept of "high-performance workplace" and developing approaches to analyzing the activity of Russian regions in creating and modernizing highperformance workplaces. A comparative analysis of the deviations of value-added output per employee from the average for the regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation was carried out. The authors proposed measures to improve the organization of the process of creating and modernizing high-performance workplaces in Russian regions. |
