| Description: | Развитие системы авиасообщения в регионе напрямую зависит от состояния основных фондов парка воздушных судов. В среднесрочной перспективе ожидается выбытие существующего парка воздушных судов. Аналогичная ситуация характерна для рынка авиаперевозок Красноярского края. В статье рассмотрены варианты реновации основных фондов авиапредприятий Красноярского края. Дан сравнительный анализ моделям вертолетной и самолетной техники. Представлена оценка эффективности замены старого парка воздушных судов на новые современные типы, а также дано технико-экономическое обоснование замены вертолетной техники легкими малокресельными самолетами. Использование авиапредприятиями региона более эффективных и экономичных легких самолетов позволит улучшить уровень транспортной доступности, а также повысить уровень транспортной безопасности в регионе. The air communication system development in the region directly depends on the state of the aircraft fleet fixed assets. Existing aircraft fleet is expected to be retired in the medium term. A similar situation is typical for the air transportation market of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The article discusses the options for the fixed assets renovation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory aviation enterprises. A comparative analysis of helicopter and aircraft technics models is given. The effectiveness assessment of the old aircraft replacing fleet with new modern types is presented. And also a feasibility study was given for replacing helicopter equipment with light seating aircraft. Using the airlines in the region more efficient and economical light aircraft will improve the level of transport accessibility, as well as improve transport safety in the region. |
