Для оценки достаточности сил и средств подразделений пожарной охраны по спасению людей из здания с помощью пожарной автолестницы (АЛ) и пожарного автоподъемника (АКП) предлагается информационная поддержка. Авторами выдвинута гипотеза о том, что представленные в работе информационно-аналитическая модель спасения людей и алгоритм ее прикладного применения могут быть использованы в целях повышения оперативности реагирования подразделений всех видов пожарной охраны при проведении аварийно-спасательных работ по спасению людей из здания, а также при анализе эффективности деятельности и определении мест дислокации пожарно-спасательных подразделений. To assess the sufficiency of forces and means of fire protection units to rescue people from the building with the help of a fire truck ladder (AL) and a fire truck lift (ACP), information support is offered. The authors hypothesized that the information and analytical model of human rescue presented in the work and the algorithm of its application can be used to increase the responsiveness of units of all types of fire protection during emergency rescue operations to rescue people from a building, as well as in the analysis of the effectiveness of activities and determining the locations of fire and rescue units. |
