Политическая и социальная система сначала с условиями пандемии, затем политического кризиса 2022 года прошла «точку невозврата». И для нового вектора трансформации российских кредитных организаций в новых реалиях, необходимо понимать ключевые тренды и барьеры развития. В данной статье рассмотрены развитие дистанционного банковского обслуживания, интернет-банкинга, применения онлайн технологий в работе организаций банковского сектора. Определены преимущества и недостатки их применения в практике, проблемы и перспективы дальнейшего направления развития дистанционного банковского обслуживания. The political and social system, first with the conditions of the pandemic, then the political crisis of 2022, passed the "point of no return". And for a new vector of transformation of Russian credit institutions in the new realities, it is necessary to understand the key trends and barriers to development. This article discusses the development of remote banking, Internet banking, the use of online technologies in the work of organizations in the banking sector. The advantages and disadvantages of their application in practice, problems and prospects of further develofpment of remote banking services are ideentified. |
