| Περιγραφή: | Статья посвящена административной деятельности крупного государственного деятеля первой половины – нач. второй половины XIX столетия Ф.Ф. фон Берга на посту генерал-губернатора в Великом княжестве Финляндском (1855–1861 гг.). Объектом анализа становятся преобразования экономического и политического характера в княжестве, осуществленные при участии Ф.Ф. фон Берга. Основу источниковой базы исследования в значительной степени составили документы Третьего отделения С.Е.И.В. канцелярии, содержащие информацию о восприятии различными слоями населения княжества деятельности Ф.Ф. фон Берга. По итогам исследования сделан вывод о том, что политический и экономический расцвет княжества в период правления Александра II стал возможным во многом благодаря достижениям Ф.Ф. фон Берга, которые, однако, по ряду причин не были по достоинству оценены населением Финляндии. The article is devoted to the administrative activities of a major statesman of the first half – early second half of the 19th century, F.F. von Berg, as Governor-General of the Grand Duchy of Finland (1855-1861). The object of analysis is the economic and political transformations in the Duchy, carried out with the participation of F.F. von Berg. The source base of the study is largely composed of documents of the Third Section, containing information on the perception of F.F. von Berg’s activities by various segments of the population of the principality. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the political and economic flourishing of the Duchy during the reign of Alexander II became possible largely due to the achievements of F.F. von Berg, which, however, for a number of reasons, were not appreciated by the population of Finland. |
