Description: Legal literacy is a qualitative characteristic of the subject of legal relations, which determines a high level of awareness of the rules of law, the development of professionally important and personally business qualities and value orientations that reflect the degree of development of legal ideas. The research is based on the methodology of functional and structural modeling for building a system for the formation of legal literacy. The application of this methodology to the modeling of educational systems is associated with the orientation of the studied process of formation of legal literacy of medical college students towards the performance of predetermined pedagogical functions. A systematic approach to the study of the subject of study determines a detailed description of the structural components and connections between them, identifying optimal conditions for the interaction of all subjects of the educational process. The functional and structural approach is widely used for the analysis and synthesis of educational systems based on establishing the functions performed by a specific system and the formation of an appropriate structure for organizing the educational process. New approaches to the training of young mid-level specialists are caused by changes in the functions of professional activity in the modern world. The national production school determines the search for innovations to prepare a new generation of youth for work in the context of the penetration of digital technologies into various fields of activity.
Правовая грамотность представляет собой качественную характеристику субъекта правоотношений, которая определяет высокий уровень осознания норм права, развития профессионально важных и личностно деловых качеств и ценностные ориентации, отражающие степень развития правовых представлений. В основе исследования лежит методология функционально-структурного моделирования к построению системы формирования правовой грамотности. Применение этой методологии к моделированию образовательных систем связано с ориентацией изучаемого процесса формирования правовой грамотности студентов медицинского колледжа на выполнение заранее определенных педагогических функций. Системный подход в исследовании предмета изучения обусловливает подробное описание структурных компонентов связей между ними, выявление оптимальных условий взаимодействия всех субъектов образовательного процесса. Функционально-структурный подход широко используется для анализа и синтеза образовательных систем на основе установления функций, выполняемых конкретной системой, и формирование соответствующей структуры организации образовательного процесса. Новые подходы к подготовке молодых специалистов среднего звена вызваны изменением функций профессиональной деятельности в современном мире. Отечественная производственная школа обусловливает поиски инноваций для подготовки нового поколения молодежи к трудовой деятельности в условиях проникновения цифровых технологий в различные сферы деятельности.
