| Περιγραφή: | Высокая потребность российской экономики в устойчивом инвестиционном росте требует понимания возможностей, характера и силы воздействия на инвестиции со стороны разного рода факторов. Для анализа инвестиционных процессов в России были выявлены факторы, влияющие на изменение темпов роста инвестиций в основной капитал, в которую вошли индекс физического объёма ВВП, темп роста инфляции, степень износа основных фондов, реальная заработная плата, ставка рефинансирования, курс доллара США к рублю и численность занятых. Произведена оценка влияния факторов в зависимости от уровня экономического развития региона методами эконометрического анализа. Сделан вывод о важности различного сочетания направленности факторов, выявленных в ходе анализа, с учётом вариабельности выделяемых показателей и инструментов исследования. Это позволяет определить весь комплекс элементов воздействия на инвестиционную деятельность и определить направления максимально полного раскрытия инвестиционного потенциала национальной и региональной экономики. The high need of the Russian economy for sustainable investment growth requires an understanding of the possibilities, nature and strength of the impact on investment from various factors. To analyze investment processes in Russia, factors were identified that affect the change in the growth rate of investment in fixed capital, which included the index of the physical volume of GDP, the inflation rate, the degree of depreciation of fixed assets, real wages, the refinancing rate, the US dollar exchange rate against the ruble and the number of employees. An assessment of the influence of factors depending on the level of economic development of the region was made using the methods of econometric analysis. The conclusion is made about the importance of a different combination of the orientation of the factors identified in the course of the analysis, taking into account the variability of the identified indicators and research tools. This makes it possible to determine the whole complex of elements of influence on investment activity and determine the directions for the fullest possible disclosure of the investment potential of the national and regional economy. |
