| Description: | An analysis of the changes in the indicators of the standards of the "Ready for Labor and Defense" complex in 1972 and 2014 is presented. The requirements for passing the standards in motor tests were studied, the dynamics of the standards in tests for the manifestation of the main motor qualities of schoolchildren and students of 15 and 17 years old was studied. It has been established that the changes made to the TRP standards in 2014 preserve the principle of accessibility and solve the problems of motivating people to engage in physical culture and sports. Представлен анализ изменения показателей нормативов комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне» 1972 и 2014 годов. Изучены требования к сдаче нормативов в двигательных тестах, исследована динамика нормативов в испытаниях на проявление основных двигательных качеств школьников и студентов 15 и 17 лет. Установлено, что внесенные изменения в нормативы ГТО в 2014 году сохраняют принцип доступности и решают задачи мотивации людей к занятиям физической культурой и спортом. |
