На сегодняшний день российская банковская система представляет собой результат длительного переходного процесса от государственной модели СССР до современного состояния. Учитывая исторические особенности развития российской банковской системы, одним из ее специфических элементов можно считать серьезно утвердившееся влияние государства как в виде регулирования банковских процессов, так и в непосредственном вмешательстве в банковскую структуру. Одним из примеров влияния государственных органов на банковскую сферу может служить Фонд консолидации банковского сектора (ФКБС). Today the Russian banking system is the result of a long transition process from the state model of the USSR to the current state. Given the historical features of the development of the Russian banking system, one of its specific elements considered a seriously established influence of the state both in the form of regulation of banking processes and in direct intervention in the banking structure. One example of the influence of state bodies on the banking sector is the Banking Sector Consolidation Fund (FSBS). |
