Без учета этой коллизии трудно понять специфику советского общества, успехи и победы железного века . Автор показал собственный путь в науку в то время. The review presents the analysis of A. V. Gordons book Historians of the iron age, devoted to the life and work of those who stood at the origins of the formation of Soviet historiography of the Great French revolution, as well as their successors. The author of the book shares with the reader his memories of famous historians, whom he knew directly or through their relatives. The main idea of the book is to show how difficult and sometimes tragic was the way of scientists who sincerely believed in the ideals of the Russian revolution, in its justice, but lived and worked in a hard ideological regime, the socalled culture of party. Without this conflict, it is difficult to understand the specifics of Soviet society, the successes and victories of the iron age. The author showed his own way into science at that time. |
