В статье рассматриваются социальные представления жителей Бурятии о текущей социальной ситуации в России и регионе. Предложен анализ оценок населением социально-экономического кризиса и негативных трендов развития республики. Данные исследования базируются на проведённом массовом опросе населения и официальной статистике. Субъективное восприятие рисков ухудшения уровня и качества жизни имеет колебание и зависит, в том числе от демографических параметров, образовательных и профессиональных признаков. Растущее социальное неравенство, увеличение доли малообеспеченных граждан и низкодоходных групп оказывают воздействие на социальные настроения и увеличивающийся отток социальных групп в другие регионы. Данная статья направлена на раскрытие представлений социальных групп Республики Бурятия о социальной нестабильности в регионе. На основе результатов массового опроса жителей Бурятии (n=900, 2018–2019 гг.) выявлено, что замедление темпа роста доходов, снижение динамики основных экономических и социальных показателей влияют на общественное мнение и увеличение доли тех, кто оценивает своё положение как неблагополучное. The article deals with the social perceptions of the inhabitants of Buryatia about the current social situation in Russia and the region. An analysis of the population's assessments of the socio-economic crisis and negative trends in the development of the republic is proposed. These studies are based on a mass survey of the population and official statistics. The subjective perception of the risks of deterioration in the level and quality of life fluctuates and depends, among other things, on demographic parameters, educational and professional characteristics. Growing social inequality, an increase in the proportion of low-income citizens and low-income groups have an impact on social sentiment and an increasing outflow of social groups to other regions. This article is aimed at revealing the ideas of social groups in the Republic of Buryatia about social instability in the region. Based on the results of a mass survey of residents of Buryatia (n=900, 2018–2019), it was revealed that a slowdown in income growth, a decrease in the dynamics of key economic and social indicators affect public opinion and an increase in the proportion of those who assess their situation as unfavorable. |
