В статье на основе исследования динамики изменения демографических показателей, анализа нормативно-правовой базы и основных направлений, целей и задач Федеральных проектов, реализуемых в условиях модернизации здравоохранения на современном этапе, обобщены и систематизированы основные результаты развития системы здравоохранения в РФ и субъектах РФ. Авторами выделены проблемы первичного звена здравоохранения в субъектах РФ, а также сгруппированы приоритетные задачи и пути их решения государственной политики в области здравоохранения. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы как на региональном уровне, так и на уровне муниципального управления системой здравоохранения в качестве основы для формирования долгосрочной стратегии развития, для разработки конкретных программ и мероприятий инновационного развития. Based on the study of the dynamics of changes in demographic indicators, analysis of the regulatory framework and the main directions, goals and objectives of federal projects implemented in the context of modernization of healthcare at the present stage, the main results of the development of the healthcare system in the Russian Federation and the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are summarized and systematized. The authors highlighted the problems of primary health care in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and also grouped priority tasks and ways to solve them state policy in the field of health care. The research results can be used both at the regional level and at the level of municipal management of the health care system as a basis for forming a long-term development strategy, for developing specific programs and measures for innovative development. |
