| Περιγραφή: | This article raises the question of whether there were any theological concepts behind the Church-political events of the late 1920s. Having identified the institutional aspect of the ecclesiology of Metropolitan Sergius (Stragorodsky) and followed the criticism of this aspect in the compilation ‘‘The Metropolitan Sergiy’s Dossier’’, the author makes an attempt to consider this controversy as a conflict of two approaches in ecclesiology, which were based on a varied understanding of the organizational arrangement of the Church. Although Metropolitan Sergius revised the specific content of the idea of the Church-organization in the course of developing of his concept, he built his theological argumentation around this image of the Church. The article traces the evolution of Metropolitan Sergius’ ideas about the authority of the hierarchy. Before the revolution, he spoke about the moral aspects of the authority of equal bishops. After the “July Declaration”, he perceived himself as the only “canonically undisputed” link of Apostolic succession in the Russian Church. At the same time, he was interested not only in the hierarchical succession of the episcopate, but also in the administrative-hierarchical multi-layered structure within it. Finally, after the criticism regarding his article in 1943, Metropolitan Sergius seems to soften his position, recognizing the authority of charismatics, but at the same time clearly emphasizing the authority of the hierarchy in the structural position of the Church. The authors of the compilation, in turn, opposed to the ideas of metropolitan Sergius suggesting a different image of the Church, which can be described as the concept of the Church-organism. The differences in the interpretation of the Central concept and in the associated images led to varied interpretations of the concept of authority. The authors of the anti-Sergian corpus of texts presented an original concept of Church authority, where a particular position was assigned to the «conciliar mind of the Church», the bearer of which does not depend on the Church office. This view, proposed by those who «deserted» Metropolitan Sergius, made it necessary to reinterpret the virtue of obedience, taking it from the disciplinary to the moral field and linking it with «conscience» and «spiritual feeling». В настоящей статье осуществляется попытка рассмотреть церковно-политические события конца 1920-х гг. — столкновение митр. Сергия (Страгородского) и оппозиционного ему епископата — как столкновение 2-х экклезиологических концепций «Церковь-организация» и «Церковь-организм». Концепция митр. Сергия «Церковь как организация», оставаясь неизменной в наиболее значимых аспектах, тем не менее переживала трансформацию в период 1910–1920-х гг. Так, до революции будущий митр. Сергий мог говорить о наличии или отсутствии нравственного авторитета равных друг другу епископов. После июльской Декларации он воспринимал себя как единственное в Российской Церкви «канонически бесспорное» звено апостольского преемства. Но в это же время его интересует не только иерархическое преемство епископата, но и административно-иерархическая многоступенчатость внутри него. Наконец, после высказанной критики, в статье 1943 г. патриарх Сергий, по всей видимости, смягчает свою позицию, признавая харизматический авторитет, но одновременно отчетливо подчеркивает авторитет иерархии в структурном положении Церкви. Авторы сборника «Дело митрополита Сергия: Документы к церковным событиям 1917–1928 гг.», в свою очередь, противопоставляли идеям митр. Сергия иное видение Церкви, которое можно обозначить как концепцию «Церковь-организм». Различия в интерпретациях центрального понятия и сопутствующих образов приводили и к разной трактовке понятия авторитета. Авторы рассматриваемого антисергианского корпуса текстов представили оригинальную концепцию церковной власти, где особое место занимал «соборный разум Церкви», носитель которого не зависит от церковной должности. Такой взгляд, предлагаемый «отошедшими» от митр. Сергия, сделал необходимой реинтерпретацию добродетели послушания, выводя ее из дисциплинарного в нравственное поле и связывая с «совестью» и «духовным чувством». |
