| Description: | В настоящее время энергомоделирование зданий является перспективным направлением в рамках экодевелопмента и позволяет повысить эффективность энергопотребления зданий, а также достичь большой экономии затрат на энергоресурсы. В статье описаны факторы, которые необходимо учитывать при энергомоделировании. Представлены полученные автором результаты по расчетам эффективности от принятия энергоэффективных решений в рамках энергомоделирования зданий. Energy Modeling is currently seen to be quite a promissing tool with regard to eco-development and is deemed therefore helpful to increase the efficiency of buildings’ energy consumption with ensuring significant energy cost savings. The article describes various factors which need to be taken into account while conducting energy modeling. It presents results of the relevant efficiency assessment and the correlation whereof with the energy efficient decisions in the context of building energy modeling. |
