Description: In an original empirical study in order to test the modified Torrence test, a statistical procedure was performed to determine the measure of information content of new indicators of the technique in the differential diagnosis between mental disorders of the schizophrenic spectrum (40 people were examined) and personality disorders (24 people). Cluster analysis of indicators of the test allow to distinguish pathopsychological symptom, characteristic for each of the investigated groups of the subject. It is shown that many of the modified data processing indicators have high diagnostic information content and sufficiently reliably distinguish between groups of individuals with schizophrenic spectrum mental disorders and with personality disorders.
В оригинальном эмпирическом исследовании с целью апробации модифицированного теста Торренса проведена статистическая процедура определения меры информативности новых показателей методики при дифференциальной диагностике между психическими расстройствами шизофренического спектра (обследовано 40 человек) и расстройствами личности (24 человека). Кластер-анализ показателей теста позволил выделить патопсихологические симптомокомплексы, характерные для каждой исследованной группы подэкспертных. Показано, что многие модифицированные показатели обработки данных обладают высокой диагностической информативностью и достаточно надёжно различают группы лиц с психическими расстройствами шизофренического спектра и с расстройствами личности.
