Технологический форсайт как дисциплина в области исследований будущего постоянно развивается. Этот процесс связан с растущей сложностью системы мирового хозяйства (в том числе ее национальных и отраслевых компонентов), требующей все более гибких и нелинейных подходов к формированию процесса принятия решений. Разработка «Прогноза научно-технологического развития агропромышленного комплекса России на период до 2030 года» стала важным этапом в развитии отечественной научной школы технологического форсайта. Однако новые вызовы требуют активного поиска новых методологических подходов к формированию желаемых образов будущего научно-технологической экосистемы. Technological foresight as a discipline in the fi eld of research of the future is constantly evolving. This process is related to the growing complexity of the world whole economy system (and its national and industry components), that requires more fl exible and non-linear approaches to the decisions making process forming. The development of the “Long-term science and technology foresight of Russian agro-industrial complex up to 2030” is an important stage in the development of the technological foresight national scientifi c school. However, the new challenges require new methodological approaches to the formation of the favorable images of the scientifi c and technological ecosystem future. |
