| Description: | Рассматриваются проблемы противодействия кибертерроризму, отраженные в законодательстве Российской Федерации. Актуальность статьи подчеркивается самой темой и существующими способами решения вопросов, связанных с противодействием террористической деятельности. В процессе исследования использованы аналитический и формально-правовой методы. Автор акцентирует внимание на термине «кибертерроризм», который имеет существенные отличия от понятия «киберпреступность». Новизна исследования обусловлена недостаточным вниманием со стороны ученых-правоведов к рассмотрению сферы влияния новых интернет-технологий на условия формирования поведения общества и на законотворчество в целом. В результате автор приводит доводы, которые, по его мнению, следует учитывать законодателю при регулировании правомерного поведения граждан и предотвращении атак со стороны кибертеррористов. The article deals with the problems of countering cyberterrorism, reflected in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the article is emphasized by the topic itself and the existing methods of solving issues related to countering terrorist activities. In the process of research, analytical and formal legal methods were used. The author focuses on the term "cyberterrorism", which has significant differences from the concept of "cybercrime". The novelty of the study is due to insufficient attention on the part of legal scholars to the consideration of the sphere of influence of new Internet technologies on the conditions for the formation of society's behavior and on lawmaking in general. As a result, the author provides arguments that, in his opinion, should be taken into account by the legislator when regulating the lawful behavior of a citizen and preventing attacks from cyber terrorists. |
