| Description: | В статье проведен комплексный анализ основной градостроительной документации Курганской области с целью выявлений перспективных территорий для развития сферы индивидуального жилищного строительства. Рассмотрены ряд законодательных, нормативно-правовых актов, которые в совокупности создают выгодные условия для развития этой отрасли. На основе общественного опроса предложены показатели и параметры для выявления факторов, определяющие пространственное развитие территории за счет индивидуального жилищного строительства. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the main urban planning documentation of the Kurgan region in order to identify promising areas for the development of individual housing construction. A number of legislative, regulatory and legal acts, which together create favorable conditions for the development of this industry, are considered. Based on a public survey, indicators and parameters are proposed to identify factors that determine the spatial development of the territory through individual housing construction. |
