Цель исследования заключается в проведении анализа текущих требований к формированию компетенций выпускников высших учебных заведений в рамках основной профессиональной образовательной программы высшего образования, определению основных требований отрасли к потенциальным сотрудникам, а также в формировании новой концептуальной компетентностной модели выпускника вуза и потенциального сотрудника энергетической компании. Для реализации поставленной цели были поставлены и решены следующие задачи: - анализ текущих требований к формированию компетенций студентов высших учебных заведений в рамках основной профессиональной образовательной программы высшего образования, реализующих обучение по исследуемому направлению; - формирование новой компетентностной матрицы, с учетом наиболее актуальных требований в рамках исследуемой отрасли; - определение основных навыков, которые будут отражать сформированность выявленных компетенций. Решение поставленных в исследовании задач осуществлялось на основе применения общенаучных методов исследования в рамках логического, сравнительного и статистического анализа, графической интерпретации и др. В результате исследования было выявлено, что текущие инструменты по подбору компетенций для формирования учебной программы, в полной мере не покрывают потребности реального сектора экономики. Из чего можно сделать вывод о необходимости разработки новых инструментов по формированию компетентностных моделей выпускников. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current requirements for the formation of competencies of graduates of higher educational institutions within the framework of the main professional educational program of higher education, to determine the main requirements of the industry for potential employees, as well as to form a new conceptual competence model of a university graduate and a potential employee of an energy company. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved: - analysis of current requirements for the formation of competencies of students of higher educational institutions within the framework of the main professional educational program of higher education, implementing training in the direction under study; - formation of a new competence matrix, taking into account the most relevant requirements within the framework of the industry under study; - definition of the basic skills that will reflect the formation of the identified competencies. The solution of the tasks set in the study was carried out on the basis of the application of general scientific research methods within the framework of logical, comparative and statistical analysis, graphical interpretation, etc. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the current tools for the selection of competencies for the formation of the curriculum do not fully cover the needs of the real sector of the economy. From which it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop new tools for the formation of competence models of graduates. |
