Статья посвящена изучению проблемы повышения эффективности образовательной среды будущего менеджера инвестиционно-строительной сферы, раскрыты теоретические основы общих элементов психолого-педагогических составляющих эффективной образовательной среды и контекстного обучения; определены: условия совершенствования и наполнения образовательной среды в рамках контекстного обучения; содержание модели контекстного обучения как образовательной среды для формировании профессиональной компетентности будущего менеджера инвестиционно-строительной сферы. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the educational environment of the future manager of the investment and construction sector, the theoretical foundations of the common elements of the psychological and pedagogical components of an effective educational environment and contextual learning are disclosed; defined: conditions for improving and filling the educational environment in the context of contextual learning; the content of the model of contextual learning as an educational environment for the formation of professional competence of the future manager of the investment and construction sector. |
