| Περιγραφή: | The subject of the article is the analysis of the evolution of theoretical thought in the field of taxation in the context of the influence of the ideas of European scientists. In the course of the study, it was noted that one of the important aspects reflecting the shift in the focus of attention of theorists from popular ideas of political economy was the change in social conditions. At the same time, the author draws attention to the fact that in scientific and journalistic works of the XIX century devoted to the consideration of the main aspects of the organization of taxation, considerable attention was paid to the criticism of the ideas of political economy. It was only by the end of the XIX century that independent socialist ideas began to come to the fore, which can be explained by the aggravation of the social situation in the country. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the key factor in the spread of the ideas of “state socialism” in the Russian Empire was, first of all, the educational system, which contributed to the development of a critical apparatus in relation to the ideas of political economy. Предметом исследования статьи является анализ эволюции теоретической мысли в области налогообложения в контексте влияния идей европейских ученых. В ходе исследования отмечено, что одним из важных аспектов, отражающих смещение фокуса внимания теоретиков с популярных идей политической экономии, являлось изменение общественных условий. В то же время автор обращает внимание, что в научных и публицистических трудах XIX века, посвященных рассмотрению основных аспектов организации налогообложения, значительное внимание уделялось критике идей политэкономии. Только к концу XIX века на первый план начинают выходить самостоятельные идеи социалистической направленности, что можно объяснить усугублением социальной обстановке в стране. В ходе исследования автор приходит к выводу, что ключевым фактором распространения идей «государственного социализма» в Российской империи стала, в первую очередь, образовательная система, которая способствовала развитию критического аппарата в отношении идей политэкономии. |
