В статье обсуждаются технико-экономические и социально-правовые аспекты обеспечения инсоляции объектов-долгостроев на основе применения инженерных методов расчета, адекватно описывающих процесс инсоляции проблемных помещений. Предлагаются унифицированные методы компьютерного расчета и визуализации для решения проблемы обеспечения инсоляции застройки на этапе цифровизации экономики. Результаты расчетов, выявившие нарушение нормативов, могут служить основанием для более эффективных действий застройщика. Светотехническая паспортизация существующего и вновь возводимого жилья, определяющая его рыночную стоимость на основе достоверных методик оценки соответствия светотехнических качеств застройки научно обоснованным нормам естественного освещения и инсоляции жилищ, позволит более оперативно решать возникающие проблемы, в том числе объектов-долгостроев, по критериям реального спроса на квартиры. The article discusses the technical, economic and socio-legal aspects of providing insolation oflong-term construction objects based on the use of engineering calculation methods that adequately describe theprocess of insolation of problem premises. Unified methods of computer calculation and visualization are proposed to solve the problem of building insolation at the stage of digitalization of the economy. The results of calculations that revealed a violation of standards can serve as a basis for more effective actions of the developer.Lighting certification of existing and newly constructed housing, which determines its market value on the basis of reliable methods for assessing the compliance of lighting qualities of buildings with scientifically based standardsof natural lighting and insolation of homes, will allow more quickly solve emerging problems, including long-term construction projects, according to the criteria of real demand for apartments. |
