В условиях цифровизации экономики стратегически важным становится формирование системы управления развитием региона, предполагающей не только сглаживание многочисленных диспропорций в субъектах РФ, но и обеспечивающей переход на более совершенный уровень развития, который будет опираться на рациональное использование человеческого капитала региона. В статье представлена оценка научно-исследовательской компоненты человеческого капитала региона. На основе проведенного анализа выявлены проблемы существующей системы управления региональным развитием. In the context of the digitalization of the economy, it is strategically important to form a system for managing the development of the region, which not only implies smoothing out numerous disproportions in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, but also ensures the transition to a more perfect level of development, which will rely on the rational use of the region's human capital. The article presents an assessment of the research component of the region's human capital. Based on the analysis, the problems of the existing system of regional development management were identified. |
