В статье проводиться анализ технопарков, как одного из важных элементов инновационной инфраструктуры РФ. Рассматривается нормативно-правовая база создания и развития технопарков. Анализируются меры государственной поддержки по созданию и развитию технопарков в РФ. Описываются меры поддержки резидентов технопарков и управляющих компаний технопарков. Показано распределение технопарков по федеральным округам России. Сделан вывод, что технопарк является ключевым инструментом ускорения производства новых видов промышленной продукции, а также важнейшим элементом инновационной инфраструктуры России. The article analyzes technoparks as one of the important elements of the innovation infrastructure of the Russian Federation. The regulatory and legal framework for the creation and development of technoparks is considered. The measures of state support for the creation and development of technoparks in the Russian Federation are analyzed. The measures of support for residents of technoparks and management companies of technoparks are described. The distribution of technoparks across the federal districts of Russia is shown. It is concluded that the technopark is a key tool for accelerating the production of new types of industrial products, as well as an important element of Russia's innovation infrastructure. |
