Актуальность исследуемой проблемы заключается в том, что бизнес-среда в которой функционирует предприятие чрезвычайно динамична, для нее характерна высокая степень сложности и неопределенности. В статье рассматриваются современные методы диагностики бизнессреды предприятия, выявлены их преимущества и ограничения. Авторами проведен анализ бизнессреды с использованиям различных методов. В статье был сделан вывод о целесообразности проведения анализа бизнес-среды предприятия в целях перспектив его развития и повышения его конкурентоспособности на рынке. The relevance of the problem under study is that the business environment in which the enterprise operates is extremely dynamic, it is characterized by a high degree of complexity and uncertainty. The authors examined modern methods for diagnosing the business environment of an enterprise, and identified theiradvantages and limitations. The article concluded that it is advisable to periodically diagnose the business environment of the enterprise in order to prospects for its development and increase its competitiveness in the market. |
