The study of the history of the All–Union Pioneer Organization named after V. I. Lenin (hereinafter referred to as the VPO), which for a long time (1922–1991) played an important role in the education of the younger generations in the USSR, is of relevance, theoretical interest and practical value for modern Russian teachers in terms of a deeper study of the past of our country in general and the pioneer organization in particular, in order to use the experience accumulated by Soviet teachers in the organization of educational work in our days. The purpose of the study is to study the circumstances of the occurrence and characterization of the most important events in the history of the HPE, to show the value content of its activities. Research methods – analysis of historical, pedagogical, methodological and fiction literature on the subject of research, biographical and historical methods, axiological approach in revealing the value content of the facts and phenomena characterized. The main results. In the Russian historical and pedagogical science in the last three decades, there are no materials concerning the theory and practice of the work of the pioneer organization, its history and prospects for using the experience of its work in modern conditions. The article presents significant and at the same time little-known facts of the history of the HPE. Its connection with scout organizations at an early stage of development is shown. The ideological orientation of the pioneer movement is characterized, the content of the main directions of its activity and its importance in the upbringing of the younger generation in the USSR are revealed. The achievements and positive aspects of the pioneer movement are revealed, as well as the reasons that led to its liquidation. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to use the experience of HPE in the work of existing children's educational organizations. The article was written in connection with the centennial anniversary of the organization. Исследование истории Всесоюзной пионерской организации имени В. И. Ленина (далее – ВПО), в течение длительного времени (1922–1991) игравшей важнейшую роль в воспитании подрастающих поколений в СССР, представляет актуальность, теоретический интерес и практическую ценность для современных российских педагогов в плане более глубокого изучения прошлого нашей страны в целом и пионерской организации в частности, с целью использования накопленного советскими учителями опыта при организации воспитательной работы в наши дни. Цель исследования заключается в изучении обстоятельств возникновения и характеристике важнейших событий в истории ВПО, показе ценностного содержания ее деятельности. Методы исследования – анализ историко-педагогической, методической и художественной литературы по теме исследования, биографический и исторический методы, аксиологический подход в раскрытии ценностного содержания характеризуемых фактов и явлений. Основные результаты. В отечественной историко-педагогической науке в последние три десятилетия отсутствуют материалы, касающиеся теории и практики работы пионерской организации, ее истории и перспектив использования опыта ее работы в современных условиях. В статье приводятся значимые и в то же время ныне малоизвестные факты истории ВПО. Показаны ее связь со скаутскими организациями на раннем этапе развития. Охарактеризована идеологическая направленность пионерского движения, раскрывается содержание основных направлений ее деятельности и значение в воспитании подрастающего поколения в СССР. Раскрыты достижения и положительные стороны пионерского движения, а также причины, которые привели к его ликвидации. В заключении делается вывод о необходимости использования опыта ВПО в работе ныне существующих детских организаций воспитательной направленности. Статья написана в связи со столетней годовщиной организации. |
